Employees at boundary less organizations, often have their own projects to work on and targets that they must meet. Employees are entirely responsible for their own work. Employee freedom is much greater in such organizations as a result. All this freedom can also be just as bad for the company as it can be good. • Which kind of organization would you like to work for? Why?
I would like to work in an organization that uses the perfect blend of all the tree structure. Freedom should be given to all employees but only to a certain extent. Not so much freedom that one starts procrastinating. I would like to have deadlines for my work so I know how much time I can spend on a certain task or project. A kind supervisor or advisor would be way better than none. And most of all I would like to learn and gain new skills every day rather than just join an organization where I am required to do repetitive job.
